MLC 2006

In our activities we are guided by the following principles contained in the MLC 2006 convention and the Maritime Labor Act: 

  1. We do not employ Seafarers under the age of 18.
  2. Employment service is provided free of charge for Seafarers.
  3. The Seafarer does not cover the costs of travel to the ship and return to the repatriation place indicated in seafarer employment contract, issuing a visa, medical examinations and documents’ translation.
  4. We conduct our business in a manner that guarantees respect for Seafarer’s rights.
  5. We inform the Seafarer of all conditions related to the job and employment offered to him, including the name and address of the Shipowner, the vessel’s name and position, the amount and terms of wage.
  6. We diligently consider complaints and inquiries from Seafarers and their families in connection to the Seafarer’s work – Complaint Procedure.
  7. We cooperate with recognized Shipowners only.
  8. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR).

The Quality Policy is a declaration from the company side on how it intends to build daily quality and adhere to specific standards. 

The Quality Policy is also used to present the path that the company wants to follow in order to achieve a certain quality in its structure.
