Who we are?

Phoenocean Ltd. is a Polish company founded in 1991 with a headquarter in Warsaw and a branch office in Gdynia, which deals with seafarers’ employment on ships for foreign shipowners. At Phoenocean Ltd. we specialize in recruiting and providing qualified seafarers to various types of vessels: 

  • Tankers
  • Gas carriers (LNG)
  • RO-RO
  • Containers
  • Bulks

We have over 30 years of experience in the maritime industry. We are perfectly aware of specific maritime labor markers and we try to meet the expectations of both: shipowners and Seafarers we employ. Many years of the company’s activity, meticulousness, and properly conducted recruitment translate into a large database of candidates with appropriate qualifications and experience to meet the shipowners’ expectations. We carry out a thorough selection of candidates by verifying documents, professional experience, knowledge, and language skills. 

Phoenocean Ltd. operates on the basis of certificates issued by the Ministry of Economy and Labor in 2004 and the MLC certificate of compliance by the Maritime Office in Gdynia.

Phoenocean Ltd. is a member of APMAR, an Association of Polish Manning Agents and Recruiters.
